What is Redeemer Business School?

A comprehensive business empowerment program with seminars and business workshops and networking events to educate and prepare members of RCCG NA (and people in their immediate communities) to become entrepreneurs who can identify compelling business opportunities, bring together required resources, implement practical action plans that will launch new business ventures or expand existing ones while ultimately creating jobs and transforming the economic potential of the program’s participants


Wade Myers is the founder of New Venture Lab. He is also the president of the Venture Academy, an entrepreneurship training program with a course of instruction that includes lectures and Harvard Business School case studies presented in a Biblical framework. He co-founded the multi-volume film documentary series featuring Christian family businesses titled Family Works: Inspiring Profiles of Family Business and his popular business planning tool Startup Financial Model is used by entrepreneurs worldwide. Wade has recently partnered with Crown Financial Ministries to distribute his materials globally through the new Crown Business Channel. Wade has co-founded, invested in, and been a director of over 25 companies. He has had the role of CEO in 5 of those ventures, including firms that grew into a global IT services company and a nationwide real estate services company. He has also been the chairman of a seed capital firm, venture partner for two venture capital firms, and board member of an $850 million investment firm. Since its inception over 17 years ago, David Segura has successfully led the company from startup to a global enterprise. VisionIT now works with some of the largest corporations in the U.S. and Latin America. Segura leads the overall VisionIT corporate strategy. Under his leadership, VisionIT has become one of the largest and most recognized minority-owned businesses in the United States, operating in 20 U.S. offices, and with global operations in Puerto Rico, Mexico and the Philippines Segura develops executive level relationships with customers, corporate partners, and state and local governments. He also serves as a board member of Stanford University’s Latino Business Action Network with famed professor Dr. Jerry Porras, co-author of Built to Last. Segura is an advisor to the Michigan eLAB, a venture capital fund operating in Silicon Valley and Ann Arbor, Michigan. Segura has global impact by serving with the U.S. Trade Ambassador on the Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations, and the U.S. Secretary of Commerce on the National Advisory Council on Minority Business Enterprise. He maintains strong relationships with many diversity organizations, such as the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), as well as numerous local minority councils, Hispanic chambers, and minority-owned firms around the nation.
Olalekan (“Lekan”), aged 41, has over 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, most recently with AllianceBernstein L.P. in New York where he spent six years as a research analyst and portfolio manager covering Energy and Materials worldwide. Lekan has held senior positions at UBS Investment Research, 3Fold Ventures and Encabler Inc, a Californian headquartered technology company specialising in interactive television software, which he founded in June 2000, as well as successfully negotiating and raising the first round of equity capital for the Company’s operations. Prior to founding Encabler Inc, Lekan worked as lead engineer for Schlumberger Limited, where he advanced High Pressure High Temperature wireline operations for Texaco’s North Sea oil prospects. Lekan’s work at Schlumberger took him to a number of different petroleum jurisdictions including Scotland, Oman, Pakistan, Egypt and Nigeria.

B V Jagadeesh is a successful serial entrepreneur in technology field, Venture Capitalist and a philanthropist. He co-founded and was CTO of Exodus communications in 1993 that pioneered the concept of Internet data centers. He was instrumental in successful IPO of Exodus in 1998.
Jagadeesh seed funded NetScaler and became President and CEO in 2000. NetScaler was successfully sold to Citrix for $325M and Jagadeesh served as Group VP and GM for Citrix application networking division. Jagadeesh has served as CEO and President for 3Leaf Systems.
Currently Jagadeesh is a Managing Partner at KAAJ Ventures. His US investments include Ocarina Networks (acquired by Dell), Ankeena Networks (acquired by Juniper), Valence Energy (acquired by Serious Materials), Denali Systems, ScaleArc, Nutanix, Fonemine and Whodini. The India investments include Netmagic Solutions (acquired by NTT), Edurite (Tutor Vista), Streamoid and Rakya. He is a prolific mentor at two of the leading management schools of India, namely IIM-B and IIM-A. He is focusing on both India and US based entrepreneurs.
